IMPACT REPORT
HOUSE OF DAVID UGANDA PROJECT
Trash to Treasure Ministries is currently building a Childcare Home for House of David Ministries (HOD) in Kampala, Uganda.
HOD serves orphaned, abandoned and needy children by placing them in a loving Christian family home and environment. HOD is committed to holistically raising their children by nurturing their spiritual, emotional and physical needs. Work on this project began in 2018 and the children have moved into their new, home. After moving in, more improvements have been made thanks to the generosity of Harvest Community Church in Oak Creek, Trash to Treasure Ministries Inc., and donors such as yourselves. Paving blocks have been installed in the courtyard of the childcare home, which has greatly increased the sanitation of the property which used to be compromised by mud after heavy rains. The main kitchen is in progress and water filters are being utilized, greatly decreasing instances of typhoid. Please continue praying for these children, as they still have many needs (tuition, healthcare).
